With its range of zinc pressure diecasting machines producing castings from 10g to 1kg, Zinc currently accounts for around 60% of H&J Speake’s casting output. From door and window hardware to small automotive components, washroom equipment to engineering assemblies, H&J Speake supplies castings finished or assembled in a range of batch sizes to suit the customer’s requirements.
Customer’s can also enjoy reductions of up to 50% in tooling costs through the company’s use of unit dies, depending on the complexity of the component. These smaller die blocks not only reduce the cost of producing the dies themselves but also keep die change time to a minimum. |
